Did Marmaduke Wilson get a grant of same from Queen Elizabeth, without privity of tenants, and act contrary thereto, compelling the tenants to pay heavy fines for obtaining new estates in their tenements, and refusing reasonable fines? Touching lands in Longhamrow (Yorkshire), parcel of such manor, leased 8 Mach 43 Eliz, by Leonard Simondson to Thomas Whitacre.
