Plaintiff(s): Ambrose Grey, Gerrard Whorwood, William Sebright, Richard Harris, Edmund Hale, Richard Bradeley, Humfrey Jurden, Humfrey Lythall, Richard Dickens, Roger Bennett, John Danser the elder, William Jeston, John Grove, William Taye, Nicholas Harte, John Holte, John Patchett, Henry Addenbrooke, William Horneblower, Thomas Mylward, Edward Bradeley, Owen Foster, Thomas Clark,and others.

Defendant(s): Laurence Holden, John Nott, William Taylor, Francis Taylor, Edward Harte.

Subject of depositions: Iverley Wood, in the parish of Kinfare; whether the townships or parishes of Kinfare, Hastcote, Whittington, Stowreton, Donnesley (Staffordshire), and Pedmore, Hagley, Old Swinford, Churchill, Wollaston, and Consall (Worcestershire), lie within the bounds of the forest of Kinfare, or near the wood?
