Description

Short title: Watson v Reynolds.

Plaintiff(s): Ninian Watson.

Defendant(s): Edmund Reynolds, Richard Couper.

Subject of depositions: Due payment of rents reserved to the Queen out of the lordship of Sumerhouse. Mention is made that Reynolds procured a lease of the demesne lands over the plaintiff's (bailiff of Sumerhouse's) head upon a pretended forfeiture.

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 27 June 1603.
