Description

Short title: Cherbery v Thornhey.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Cherbery, John Deane, Thomas Burton, Nicholas Wright.

Defendant(s): John Thornhey, Nicholas Fenton, Robert Poole, Oliver Gibson, William Ferra, Seth Wood.

Subject of depositions: Manor or soke of Oswelbecke, otherwise Awselbeck; whether the town of Littleburgh is parcel thereof. Survey. Rights of common. The following places, are mentioned, namely Fenton Common, Breamer Sick Gore, Willow Close, river of Trent, Sidcroft leases, belonging to Sir Brian Lassells, and Sturton.
