Subject of depositions: "Parsonage or tewthinge, corne or sheaffe, of the parish of Carlion "; whether parcel of the church or chapter of Landaffe? and leased by them to Walter Williams, of Penrose (Monmouthshire), and after to Lewis Baker, of Carlion. Whether Walter Williams sold his lease, to one Symings, doctor of physic, in London, and sold by Symings to William Morgan, of Lanternham (Monmouthshire), (plaintiff's father). Whether any rent or pension was due from such parsonage to Her Majesty beyond the 33s 4d reserved by the lease to the Chapter of Llandaff? Touching the sum of £7 13s 4d levied "by way of distress" on the goods of plaintiff, now owner of the parsonage.
