Description

Short title: Hanbury v Withington.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Hanbury, and Edward Coke, Her Majesty Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Richard Withington, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Late priory of Christchurch, Twynham, and the vicarage of Bolder alias Bolre (Hampshire); whether a pension of 53s 4d has been payable out of the vicarage to the priory as compensation for tithes in Bolder, Lymington, and Brokenhurst (Hampshire). [Nicholas Bernard, Robert Rande, and Robert Jackson, vicars of Bolder, are mentioned].
