Description

Short title: Attorney General v Harvey.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): John Harvey, of Alvington.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Alvington, in the parish of Carisbrook, in the Isle of Wight (Hampshire), belonging to defendant. Touching land belonging to the Crown, called "Parkhurst" or "The Forest" in such parish, and grounds, called "The Launds" bordering on the "forest." Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Customs of manor.

County/place: Hampshire.

Date of commission: 24 November 1602.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 December 1602 at Newport.
