Plaintiff(s): Thomas Scudamore alias Skidmore, of Salsbery.
Defendant(s): William Davies, vicar of Magor.
Subject of depositions: Tithes in the town of Salsbery, in the lordship of Merthyrgeryn, growing on the lands of Lewis Skidmore (plaintiff's father), and the deanery of Netherwent. [Griffith Johns, vicar (defendant's predecessor), the metes and bounds of the abbey of Tintern, and the parishes of Merthergeryn and Magor Ite, and Doctor Chisley, late incumbent of Merthyrgeryn, are mentioned].
