Short title: Attorney General v Hughes.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Lewis Hughes and his wife Anne, Edward Collyns, Thomas Clarke and his wife Susan, Henry Collins, Edward Collins, the younger, Robert Bennett.

Subject of depositions: Last will and codicil of Francis Collins, citizen and grocer of London, deceased.
