Defendant(s): Robert Best, Luke Bellett, Phillip Bagwell, Thomas Roberts.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Charmyster (Dorset), called by the name of "The Golden Prebend" and the manors of Stratton and Edmiston, and ground called "Wrackleford" and land near the ground called "Howtesbarrow" and grounds called "West Sleight ", "Shorcombe" and "Knewdon" and places near "Wrackleford" called "Bownes Furse" and the "Lanshare Burrowes" etc. Metes and bounds of such manors. Common of pasture. "Perambulation" of Charmister and Stratton. [Sir Thomas Devenish, curate of Charmister and Stratton, is mentioned].
County/place: Dorset.
Date of commission: 23 June 1602.
