Description

Short title: ap Hugh v Hughes.

Plaintiff(s): David ap Hugh.

Defendant(s): Howell Hughes, Lewis Gruffith alias Vaughan.

Subject of depositions: Mountain or waste ground lying between a place called "Bwlch y Llyn" and a place called "Nant yr yscrwr' dy" in Pennarth (Merionethshire), and messuages, called "Tythin ystent" alias "Erwr Goch ", "Dysseivin Ucha" and "Tythin Fynnon" and "Berwr." Touching right of common of pasture on the mountains. Metes and bounds of the townships of Pennarth and Pennant.

County/place: Merionethshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1602.
