Description

Short title: Wold v Harrison.

Plaintiff(s): Awdrey Wold (widow).

Defendant(s): John Harrison.

Subject of depositions: "Her Ma't's Haw" called "Walton Haw" (or wharf) (Surrey), in the manor of Walton-on-Thames; what wharfage money or other duties have been paid to the farmers of the hawe or wharfe for any timber, laid down "on apiece of ground called Coway" lying between said hawe and Waibridge Hawe "? [The manor of Walton Lee is mentioned].

County/place: Surrey.

Date of commission: 12 February 1602.
