Short title: Hudson v Winder.

Plaintiff(s): John Hudson.

Defendant(s): John Winder, Thomas Pearson, Nicholas Bell, Christopher Fawseth, Matthew Bell, Allan Ribton.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parsonage of Brigham (Cumberland), and the churches or chapels of Embleton and Lorton (Cumberland). Custom of tithing in Brakenthwait, Widdop, Cockermouth, Brigham, Embleton, etc.
