Short title: Hudson v Winder.

Plaintiff(s): John Hudson.

Defendant(s): John Winder, Nicholas Bell, Thomas Pearson, Christopher Fawcett, Matthew Bell, Allan Ribton.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parsonage of Brigham (Cumberland) and the churches or chapels of Embleton and Lorton (Cumberland), and the towns of Widdup and Brackenthwaite. Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Custom of tithing. Tithes.
