Plaintiff(s): John Pincent, Robert Coll, James Baker, Ewen Miller, Michael Underhay, Richard Wilmead, Martin Diggen, John Beard, Stephen Elliot, Edward Fryer, inhabitants within the parish of Bovytracy, and all other the tenants and inhabitants in said parish, except Her Majesty's customary tenants of the manor of Bovytracy.
Defendant(s): [unknown].
Subject of depositions: Her Majesty's manor of Bovytracy (Devon), the ancient mills belonging, and the manors of Wreyland and Langaller. Alleged interference with the custom of "suit and service" to the mills.
