Description

Short title: Anderson v Mitford.

Plaintiff(s): Clement Anderson.

Defendant(s): Ellen Mitford.

Subject of depositions: Lands, in Heddon, and the tythe of the parish church of Heddon; whether formerly leased by the monastery of Blanchland (Northumberland) to Roger Mitford and Edmund Claxton, left by Roger to his wife Anne, by her to Oswald Mitford (defendant's late husband), and by him to defendant.

County/place: Northumberland.

Date of commission: 9 November 1601.
