Description

Short title: Baynebrigg v Atkinson.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Baynebrigg.

Defendant(s): Anthony Atkinson, searcher of the port of Kingston-on-Hull.

Subject of depositions: Alleged malpractices of defendant in the execution of his said office in allowing goods to pass "uncustomed" etc.
