Description

Short title: Payne v Willmer.

Plaintiff(s): William Payne.

Defendant(s): Thomas Willmer.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Eaton, in the city of Norwich, and the manor of Podington (Bedfordshire). Touching the purchase of the manor of Podyngton, by plaintiff, of Thomas Southwell, late of Lincoln's Inn (Middlesex), and the sale of the lease of the manor of Eaton, by Robert Drury, to Charles Cornewallys. Value of the manors.
