Description

Short title: ap Richard v Owen.

Plaintiff(s): Rytherch ap Richard, of Mevyrian (Anglesea).

Defendant(s): Rowland Owen, of Trethavydd, William ap Hugh ap Owen.

Subject of depositions: Her Majesty's lands in Tresdraeth distinied (Anglesea), called Tythin y Mab gwyn, and lands in Treviler and elsewhere, parcel of the principality of N. Wales. Alleged trespass by defendant on lands demised by the Crown to plaintiff, and alleged "concealment" of lands by the plaintiff.

County/place: Anglesea.

Date of commission: 1 July 1601.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 August 1601 at Newboro', certificate dated 11 September 1601.
