Description

Short title: Harding v Jarman.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Harding, Thomas Harding.

Defendant(s): John Jarman, Henry Jarman alias German.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Weedon Hill, lying in the parish of Agmondesham alias Amersham, Chesham, and Little Missenden (Buckinghamshire); whether the occupiers of the demesnes of such manor have been accustomed to pay 6s 8d for 15ths (granted by Parliament to the Crown) to the bailiff of the manor of Barkhampstead? Metes and bounds of the manors. [Mr Tottyll (owner of Weedon Manor) and Henry Cheney, are mentioned].
