Subject of depositions: Right of ancient tenancy to a parcel of land in the town of Holt called "The Mylne Field" in the lordship of Bromfield and Yale (Denbighshire), of the rent of 8s and belonging to the Crown. Touching a survey of that lordship taken (under commission) about the 4th year of Queen Elizabeth. [Thomas Roydon, father of Richard Roydon, and grandfather of defendant Jane, is mentioned].
