Defendant(s): Edward Hemynge, Garret Vangore.
Subject of depositions: Tenements called "the postern of Hir Highnes said Tower [of London], "and a garden, let by the gentlemen porters" of the Tower to the ancestors of defendant Hemynge, and to defendant by the now plaintiff; and a lease of such garden made by plaintiff to John Bonham alias Boner (said to have been ante-dated) to the alleged injury of defendants' interest in the garden, etc.
