Description

Short title: Askew v Cleypoole.

Plaintiff(s): John Askew.

Defendant(s): John Cleypoole, son of James Cleypoole.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a grange lately in the possession of James Cleypoole (defendant's father), called "Fenhall Grange" in Walplod (Lincolnshire), under a lease made by the Crown under Exchequer Seal. 28 Sept 28 Eliz.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 1 July 1601.
