Description

Short title: Lascells v Thornhaghe.

Plaintiff(s): Brian Lascells.

Defendant(s): John Thornhaghe, the elder, John Thornhaghe, the younger, George Gilbi, William Noddle, Martin Challenge.

Subject of depositions: Parsonage house of Burton (York or Lincoln?), and the lands belonging, lately occupied by Reuben Wright, convicted of felony the manor or soke of Oswaldbeck, belonging to the Duke of Rutland, the bailiwick of Bassetlaw (Nottinghamshire), parcel of Her Majesty's honour of Tickhill (Yorkshire), parcel of the duchy of Lancaster. Metes and bounds. Jurisdiction.
