Description

Short title: Fowke v Holt.

Plaintiff(s): Roger Fowke.

Defendant(s): Thomas Holt, Richard Norton.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Mosshouse, Shenston, and Stonehall (Staffordshire), and the rectory or parsonage of Shenston, parcel of the late monastery of Oseney (Oxfordshire), and tithes belonging in Shenstone and Fotherley (Staffordshire). Tithes. [Thomas and Henry Stanley, Mr Alexander alias Zinzan, and a former suit between Mr Stanley, farmer of the rectory, and Mr Silvester, of Lichfield, are mentioned].
