Description

Short title: Rolleston v Bamford.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Rolleston.

Defendant(s): John Bamford.

Subject of depositions: Messuage in Rosson alias Rossington (Derbyshire), the manor of Norbury, and a "feoffment" of all Sir Thomas Fitzgarrett's lands in Norbury and Rosson. [Christopher Roleston and his wife Maud, Sir Thomas Fitzgarrett. William Hinckworth, John Fitzgarrett, and William Haddock, are mentioned].
