Plaintiff(s): John Keale, Robert Webb, William Stanley.
Defendant(s): John Porter.
Subject of depositions: Prebend of Farndon alias Farneton, in the Cathedral Church of Lincoln, and the rectory and parsonage of Farnedon-cum-Balderton (Nottinghamshire). Lease of rectory by Robert Cressie, clerk, prebendary of Farnedon to Sir Jarvis Clifton, kt, and George Clifton, and by them assigned to Sir Thomas Manners, kt [William Bradwell and his wife Theodosia, Winifred (wife of said George), and afterwards wife of Henry Carvill (accused of recusancy), and a moiety of the rectory forfeited to the Crown in consequence, are mentioned].
County/place: Nottinghamshire; Lincolnshire.
Date of commission: 11 February 1601.
