Description

Short title: Harding v Umbarvile.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Harding.

Defendant(s): Andrew Umbarvile.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to two copyhold messuages in Hyde, in the parish of Great Missenden (Buckinghamshire), one called "Hoddesmers" and the other "Elyotes." [Thomas Harding, John Evans, Mr Umbarvile (steward of Her Majesty's manor of Peatarleystone), John Brampston, Margery Brampston, and Edward Harding, are mentioned].
