Description

Short title: Secey v Ball.

Plaintiff(s): Hewgh Secey.

Defendant(s): John Ball, portreeve of the borough of Langport Estover, John Tryven, John Crocum, Henry Dymok, David Tingwell, and others.

Subject of depositions: Borough of Langport Eastover (Somerset), and three moors there called "High Moor ", "Low Moor" and "Cockle Moor." Customs of manor. Common of pasture.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 12 February 1601.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 September 1601 at Wells., delivered into Court 30 April 1601.
