Description

Short title: Lyons v Fawdon.

Plaintiff(s): John Lyons.

Defendant(s): Robert Fawdon, son of Thomas Fawdon.

Subject of depositions: Tenement called Grynley alias Grindley alias Greenlaw, in the town or parish of Whicham (Durham), lately in the possession of Charles, late Earl of Westmorland, and before, of Henry Earl of Westmorland; whether parcel of the church of Brancepeth (Durham); whether the premises are "concealed lands "; touching a lease of premises. [Very illegible throughout].

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 12 February 1601.
