Description

Short title: Lee v Terry.

Plaintiff(s): Gervase Lee.

Defendant(s): Thomas Terry and others.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the tithe corn of the town and fields of Sherborn (Yorkshire), and in Leverton (Yorkshire); whether part belonged to the prebend of Kirk Fenton (Yorkshire); whether the tithe was parcel of the late prebend of Newthorp, annexed to the treasurership of the Cathedral of York, and afterwards belonging to Edward late Duke of Somerset? Metes and bounds of Leverton and Sherborn. Tithes.
