Short title: Hedworth v Hedworth.

Plaintiff(s): Christopher Hedworth, grandson of Richard Hedworth.

Defendant(s): John Hedworth, son of Richard Hedworth.

Subject of depositions: Ancient rent of 12s commonly called Brenkborn Land alias Brenkborne House, lying in Wickham (Durham). [Anthony Hedworth, Thomas Hedworth, Adrian Hedworth, and Ralph Hedworth are mentioned.] Touching a lease of such premises from the Crown.

County/place: Durham.
