Description

Short title: Remington v Starky.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Remington, kt, and his wife Dame Elinor.

Defendant(s): Thomas Starky, Richard Hockemhull, William Blymston, Lawrence Harrison, Thomas Witter, John Smith, George Ireland, Geoffry Starkey.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Frodsham (Cheshire), marsh lands there, called "Brookfurlong" etc. Common of pasture. [Sir John Savage, late owner of the manor, is mentioned].

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1599.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 January 1600 at Fredsham.
