Short title: Hocknell v Remington.
Plaintiff(s): Richard Hocknell, Lawrence Harrison, George Ireland, Thomas Wayter, and others, inhabitants of Frodsham.
Defendant(s): Sir Robert Remington, Dame Elinor his wife, and others.
Subject of depositions: Borough, town, and lordship of Frodsham, in the palatinate of Chester, and anciently parcel of the late Earldom of Chester, and the marsh lands adjoining. Right of common of pasture of plaintiffs and others in the marsh lands, and in the forest of "Marvi Mondrie" alias Delamere Forest (Cheshire).
County/place: Cheshire.
Date of commission: 8 November 1599.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 January 1600 at Frodsham.
