Description

Short title: Farr v Brownley.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Farr.

Defendant(s): John Brownley alias Brownlow, Alexander Bird, the younger, Thomas Coggan, John Mawes.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to tithes in the parish of Epworth (Lincolnshire), called "St Leonard's Tithes." Touching a former suit on the same matter in the King's Bench, Brownlow v. Farr. [William Ward, of Epworth, farmer to Her Majesty of the 9th sheaf of said tithe, is mentioned].

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 17 June 1599.
