Description

Short title: Blewett v Pell.

Plaintiff(s): John Blewett.

Defendant(s): Richard Pell (steward of Harlaxton), George Pight (bailiff of Harlaxton).

Subject of depositions: "Pinfold Lane" and other places in Harlaxton (Lincolnshire), and the manors of Harlaxton and Grantham. Right of way. Common of pasture. Customs of manor. Alleged malpractices of defendants in the execution of their offices.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 15 October 1599.
