Plaintiff(s): Lancelot Carlton.

Defendant(s): Thomas Pearson.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a house and grounds called "Netherton" within the lordship of Talken (Cumberland). [The names of Lord William Dacre, Matthew and Humfrey Pearson, the Earl of Arundel, and his brother, Lord William Howard, are mentioned].
