Plaintiff(s): William Bird, Christopher Bird, Elizabeth Bird, Rachel Bird.

Defendant(s): Jane Shelley, widow.

Subject of depositions: Lease sealed and delivered by William Shelley (accused of treason), deceased, and his wife Jane, of a farm in Essex called Stondon Place. [The names of William Hollingsworth, his brother Lawrence Hollingsworth, William Chambers, Dennis Lolly, and Anthony and Richard Luther, are mentioned].
