Short title: Hodgkins v Cockes.

Plaintiff(s): Anthony Hodgkins, gent, and his wife Ann.

Defendant(s): Peter Cockes, clerk.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Godrington, and the parsonage of Cleeve, and the late abbey of Tewkesbury (Gloucestershire). Tithes. [John Wakeman, abbot of Tewkesbury, is mentioned].
