Description

Short title: Frankland v Martin.

Plaintiff(s): Hugh Frankland.

Defendant(s): Sir Richard Martin, kt.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Barton (Yorkshire); whether it has been worth £120 per annum for the last 17 or 18 years, over and above a rent of £50 per annum paid to the Crown. Touching a conveyance of the premises in the year 9 Eliz by Thomas Gray to Mr Frankland and his wife Joyce.

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 5 October 1599.
