Description

Short title: Southcote v Skirdon.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Southcote.

Defendant(s): John Skirdon.

Subject of depositions: Her Majesty's ancient mills in the manor of Bovytracy (Devon). Custom of "suit and grist" to the mills. Erection of new mills by defendant to the injury of the custom.

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 20 June 1599.
