Description

Short title: Boscawen v Hill.

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Boscawen.

Defendant(s): Maurice Hill, Nicholas Burnard.

Subject of depositions: Her Majesty's manor of Bliston alias Blisland (Cornwall), and wastes belonging, called "Hawkestor." Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Encroachment on commons. [Thomas Burnard, and a suit at Launceston assizes, namely John Want, Peter Notwell, and James Mark against John Hocken, of Penquite, for a trespass at Hawkestor and Droglett, and his tenant, called "Penquite" in the parish of St Breward alias Symonward, are mentioned].
