Defendant(s): Adam Clepoole, son of James Clepoole.
Subject of depositions: Watermill called Loleham Mill, in Torpell (Northamptonshire), of which plaintiff is tenant to the Crown. Right of way from the towns of Elton, Helpson, Nunton, over defendant's grounds in Maxey Ufford and Dirtholme. Right of common in Dirtholme and Colesholme, in the parish of Ufford. Alleged incroachment on common by defendant.
