Plaintiff(s): Rt Hon Sir Thomas West, kt, Lord Leware, Lord Lieuetenant of the Queene's Majesty's forest of Wolmer, Alice Holt.
Defendant(s): Richard Norton.
Subject of depositions: Forest of Wolmer (Southampton), the manor of Temple Sothington alias Temple Soddington (Southampton), of which manor Sir Henry Seymour and Sir Richard Norton (defendant's father) were lords, and a parcel of ground called Evley, with a warren of conies thereon. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture.
