Plaintiff(s): John Ward.

Defendant(s): Nicholas Sykes, his wife Isabel, Edward Salisbury, William Salisbury, and his wife Cornely.

Subject of depositions: Lands or tenements that were the freehold inheritance of Michael Pulteney, deceased, lying in Rochester, Newton, and Ratby, including ground called "Parock alias Paddock" in the parish of Ratby (Leicestershire), and land called "Hempsall."
