Description

Short title: Castleton v Pagrave.

Plaintiff(s): John Castleton, John Durrant.

Defendant(s): John Pagrave.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Wymondham Hethersett. Customs of manor. Touching the payment by copyholders of the manor of the "taske" or 15th to the Crown (when granted by Parliament), in aid of the £13 charged upon the town of Wymondham.

County/place: Norfolk.

Date of commission: 21 May 1599.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 June 1599 at Norwich.
