Plaintiff(s): George Cure.

Defendant(s): Thomas Wyn, Roger Griffith.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Withrinie, in the hundred of Yale (Denbighshire), called "Tythyn y Rhose "; whether forfeited by attainder to the Crown. [The names of John Wyn ap Elisa, Roger ap John Wyn, John Wyn ap Roger, Griffith ap John ap Llewellyn, Edward Johnes, the elder, Edward Jones, the younger (lately, attainted, and executed for high treason), and John ap Jevan ap Hoell, "Her Ma't's bailiff" are mentioned].
