Defendant(s): John Aldred, Thomas Gray.
Subject of depositions: Town of Kingston-upon-Hull (paying to the Crown a fee-farm rent of £70), the town called "Sculcots" and several "welles" called "Darningham Wells" and "Julyan Well" several springs and a bridge, and the port of Kingston-upon-Hull, the customs of which amount to £3,000 yearly, and which could supply 100 mariners to the navy, if needed. Alleged diversion (by defendants) of watercourse conveyed in a sewer to the town of Kingston-on-Hull, and procured from such wells in Aulaby, in the lordship of Cottingham, by plaintiffs, by purchase of Sir Thomas Barrington and his wife Winifred. Metes and bounds of the towns, etc.
