Subject of depositions: Town of Ludlow (Shropshire), incorporated by Edward IV and the land granted by the King to the burgesses of such town in fee-farm in the parish of Staunton Lacy, and all the lands lately belonging to the "dissolved Guild, Palmers of Ludlow (Shropshire)." Touching a new charter obtained by defendants. Alleged appropriation by defendants of lands belonging to the corporation. Touching also the rules governing and the privileges belonging to such corporation. Survey.
