Short title: Smyth v Nevill.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Smyth, Nicholas Inglebye, Richard Wainhouse, John Maplethorpe, Her Majesty's farmer of a tenement in Norney.

Defendant(s): Gervase Nevill.

Subject of depositions: Parcel of waste or common ground called "Farworth Green" the manors of Blyth and Stirrop and Oulcotes, the honor of Tickhill, and the lordships of Serlbye, Farworth, and Torworth. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Customs of manors.
